We are looking for vendors to work on foreclosed homes. We complete all types of work at properties including but not limited to, Roofing, basic electric and plumbing, drywall, carpentry, winterizations, debris removals, snow removal, grass cuts, tree and shrub trimming and much more! You will need your own vehicle and be able to pass a background check. You will also need your own equipment - air compressor, generator, snow blower and/or plow, mower riders and/ or push, chainsaw and general hand tools. We are also looking for Licensed plumbers and electricians for inspections on properties. You will meet one of our contractors at one of our properties, assess the property and write a bid for what work needs to be done.
