Diesel Mechanic Computer Diagnostic Tech - Minimum 2 years experience
This position is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and completing preventable maintenance on heavy Duty Trucks as well as Trailers.
Key Responsibilities:
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Shift: Monday - Friday (occasional Saturday, alternating)
Perform diagnosis and repair of trucks or trailers
Repair and rebuild engines; engine accessory components
Repair transmissions, driveline, and differentials
Perform tune-ups following established procedures
Repair steering, suspensions, brake systems, frames, axles, electrical, hydraulic and A/C repairs
Road test vehicles after repairs are completed
Service calls in surrounding area on our own fleet
NO after hours/on-call requirements
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year mechanical experience repairing heavy duty trucks and trailers
Must be able to accurately perform preventive maintenance to fleet vehicles and trailers, have the ability to spot component failures, worn or damaged parts, diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle systems
Good ethics and integrity with a high attention to details
Successfully complete pre-employment drug screen

Physical Requirements
Move and position objects weighing up to 75 lbs
Bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, crawl to repair vehicles
Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
