We are building a brand new terminal and shop, we are investing in Maine
Successful trucking company seeking experienced heavy duty diesel/truck technician for our S. Portland, Me. LTL Service Center. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a solid company in a clean modern facility repairing and maintaining newer equipment.
We Currently have a opening for a 2nd Shift Diesel Mechanic (Mon- Fri 3:00pm to 11:30pm) Top Rates, Premier Benefits, Job Stability at our S. Portland, Me. Service Center. This shift has a $1.00 per Hour shift differential.
- Minimum of 3 years experience repairing/maintaining class 8 trucks & trailers
- Diagnostic/Troubleshooting, Electrical and Air Conditioning skills are a must
- Good decision making ability
- Must posses complete set of hand tools for a heavy duty truck technician
- Valid driver's license (CDL a plus but not required)
- Must be able to document repairs using fleet maintenance software (will train)
