We are looking for a FULLY SKILLED frame to finish carpenter who loves this profession, takes pride in their work and enjoys working in a stress-free, no drama environment. You must be able to prove you can do layout, stairs, roof geometry, interior finish, take direction and work with others. We are NOT looking for just a framer, read the ad slowly, we need an all-around guy. We have new home construction and rehab projects lined up for decades for the right guy or gal. You need: transportation, insurance, your own tools, a great attitude, the ability to detach from your cellphone and the stamina to delay any drug/alcohol use on our time. We will respect and appreciate your experience and skills as long as you can respect and appreciate ours. Well-seasoned skilled carpenters are what we need but roof climbing is part of the job and you gotta be able to handle staging, ladders and hauling up shingles if need be. We have work in the following counties: York, Cumberland and Oxford. Most of our projects are in York county right now but we move around to wherever we feel there is demand. We are spec builders, meaning, we build what we think will sell in certain areas at certain times of the year. No waiting for clients, no work order changes and no waiting for your money. We build the same projects over and over so you'll know exactly what's expected of you on every job site. Email your skill level and contact info, a meeting may be scheduled and then a 2 week trial period for both you and us will be implemented and evaluated to determine long-term compatibility. Pay range is between $15-$25 per hr, depending on you, the amount of tools you have and your skill level!
