Hi,
I'm a Portland area based carpenter with a growing company.
I'm looking for a responsible person to hire as a carpenter, or a carpenter's helper. I’m hoping to find someone with at least some experience in the various aspects of carpentry and building. What's most important to me in a hire is positivity, reliability, an aptitude for the work, and a desire to learn. I'm looking for a quick learner, or someone that has an established skillset, so that I can eventually leave you on a project and feel confident. My projects vary, however most of what I have, currently, is some painting, siding, decking, and various other projects.
Please have transportation and a valid driver's license.
Please, no smokers, drug users, or alcohol abusers.
Please have the basic hand tools. I have all the saws and related equipment need outside of that. If you have liability insurance, that's a plus.
