LincolnHealth is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic A in Damariscotta. The mechanic provides ongoing support to all teams of LincolnHealth through building maintenance and ensuring equipment and grounds are in good repair and/or appearance.

This is a unique position with a shift from noon to 8:30pm, split between long term care facilities and the hospital. Incentives are full time benefits and paid time off.Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferredplus Associate degree or equivalent from college or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid Maine driver’s license required. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Must have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Ability to add, subtracts, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percents.
