We are looking to hire both interior and exterior painters. We have positions open for both new and experienced interior painters starting immediately in southern Maine. We have several years of new construction business booked and are looking for individuals that possess the following traits:

2) Dependable
3) Strong Work Ethic
4) Positive Attitude
5) Let me repeat: Positive attitude. I'd rather hire someone with minimal painting skills but who's willing to learn than someone with thirty years experience that's seen it all, done it all, wishes he/she wasn't still painting but still is and brings that junk attitude to the jobsite every day. That's a non-starter here.
We need the full gamut of new construction skills: prep (caulking, filling holes, sanding), Spraying ( we spray primer, top coat, trim-window/door casing, doors, crown, base, etc). We also do a lot of basic cut and roll.
The jobs are W-2, on the books. We have access to a number of subs but are looking for full time employees right now.
Although the current positions are for interior work, we are also booked for residential exterior work from Spring through Fall so feel free to apply if that is of interest.
