opportunity for a Production Specialist II within our Abbott Rapid

Diagnostics business located at Scarborough, Maine. In this role, you will perform the work

required for the assembly of components, devices, and/or the final product

depending on the trade assigned.Abbott Rapid

provides important information for

treatment and management of diseases and other conditions.RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs work requiredfor the assembly of components, devices and/or the final product

Performs routine workin all production areas with limited supervision

Ensures quality ofproduct using standard operating procedures, templates, training andsupervision, and good judgment

Provides input forenhancing efficiencies and modifying/creating SOPs to ensure accuracy/qualityor improve productivity

May be subject to callback or extended hours as required

BASICQUALIFICATIONS | EDUCATION:

Highschool diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience.

1+years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.

Knowledgeand demonstrated understanding of GMP and how it applies to specific responsibilitiesand manufacturing operations.

PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS:

Demonstratedknowledge and/or understanding of medical device manufacturing.

Prior MachineOperation experience in a manufacturing environment.

COMPETENCIES:

Skill in usingcomputer applications including spreadsheet, database, and word processingsoftware.
