Manager will oversee one of the most important divisions of our company located out of our corporate office in Hanover, MD office (near Arundel Mills/BWI airport).

Main Responsibilities Include:
Overseeing and maintaining a productive call center of about 30 different level call center reps that perform:
Cold calling, resets, calling previous clients & taking incoming calls from lead sources such as direct mail and canvassing.
Ensuring appointments are scheduled properly to maximize amount of leads out and sales
Must have:
Proven successful experience in a call center environment
Managerial experience
Availability to work early evenings and Saturdays
Positive attitude and great energy for our team
In addition to this full time position above, we also have Part time positions for early evening hours.
