We seek carpenters / handyman professionals with at least 10 years experience in home construction and building maintenance.
Customer service and communication skills. The professional is expected to engage customers to understand their immediate home repair, maintenance, and remodeling needs. The ability to help customers identify future home improvement projects is a must.
Tools and equipment. An experienced trades professional is expected to have power tools and hand tools for a variety of home improvement tasks, including carpentry, painting, decks, drywall, electrical, fences, garages, plumbing, masonry/concrete, tile installation, grout, glass/screens, cabinets/counters, doors/windows, ceilings, flooring, gutters, roofing, siding, and odd jobs.
