ADVENTURER MOTOR YACHT CREW MEMBER (CHESAPEAKE BAY)
Room, Board, Travel Expenses to and from boat
IIts time to head out to sea. Need an adventurer /crew member to assist on a Motor Yacht Trawler for a voyage from Wilmington NC to Savannah. We will be departing Sometime On or about April 2, 2019. Estimated duration of cruise will be 15 days.

This voyage will include the Cape Fear River, Bald Head Island, Southport, Myrtle Beach, Georetown SC to Charleston, Steamboat Creek, Beaufort SC, HiltonHead island to Savannah
By way of brief description, it is by and large a two-man operation. Me and the crew member. Guests are on board from time to time. Voyages are usually short (limited to about 50 miles per day; 6 hrs).No absolute set in stone pattern, but its usually run two days and do a day in port run another two days with two days in Port usually one dedicated to provisioning and other needs.
On board duties involve the ships maintenance, cleaning, provisioning and assistance with repairs. Under weigh duties include the helm, assistance with docking, casting off and locking thru dams where required, securing the vessel at dock and at anchor. While prior sea experience is not the criterion here, the crewmember will be expected to acquaint oneself with the mechanical, electronic and operational features of the boat, together with learning provisions management and normal nautical matters such as charts, weather and water conditions.
Candidate must be an able bodied seaman in good physical condition with no medical infirmities or addictions (particularly tobacco). MUST BE A NON SMOKER. Valid drivers license in good standing a must. Prior boat crewing experience is not required. Applicant must have own cell phone with active service and be able to demonstrate sufficient personal resources to cover personal expenses other than travel, meals and lodging which are provided.
