Influence, manage relationships and drive impact through a cross-functional, collaborative internal ecosystem of partners in Recruiting, Diversity & Inclusion, Legal, People Analytics, etc.
Focus on creating tools and frameworks that enable Tech Recruiting to drive DEI initiatives at scale
Perform risk and change impact assessments focused on the Technical hiring process and strategic channels for talent
Propose industry-leading, creative solutions and influence leadership to take action
Effectively leverage data to propose solutions, track program key performance indicators and insights
Identify trends, ensure projects and programs align to company Diversity & Inclusion priorities and key research
Prepare executive-level reporting on key metrics and project status and share updates regularly with recruiting leadership and other stakeholders
Champion diversity and inclusion internally and externally by approaching programming with diversity, equity and inclusion in mind
Minimum Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in recruitment operations, and/or project management
2+ years of experience translating data and insights into operational plans of action
Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving a program/project against KPIs through to completion
Experience partnering with senior leaders of management up to VP level
Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of demonstrated Diversity & Inclusion experience, with focus on recruitment of underrepresented talent
Effective interpersonal, communication and leadership skills in order to influence operational changes and maximize adoption of new ideas, tools and practices
Experience collaborating and working with recruiting stakeholders across different locations and time zone
Flexibility to handle multiple tasks concurrently with acute attention to detail and deliver high quality work
Experience in fast-paced work environment and demonstrated agility during changes in priorities
