Martins Bo Brooks Catering Company located at the Navy Marine Corps Memorial Stadium in Annapolis is hiring for the 2019 Football season. We are looking to add a team of part time Dishwashers and Prep Cooks. We host events ranging from elaborate weddings to large tailgates.
Duties include:
Maintain clean food preparation areas and remove garbage from the kitchen.
Prepare the ingredients for cooking.
Wash, chop, grate and slice vegetables to go in various dishes.
Cut and slice meats to the appropriate portion sizes.
Assist in cleaning the kitchen before closing for the night.
Working closely with the team to set up, execute, and break down from events.
