Towson
OPPORTUNITY DESCRIPTION: A Stoney River leader must have thorough knowledge of food service. The manager will provide both leadership and strategic direction to the overall operation: plan, organize, direct, and coordinate the resources and activities in the restaurant. They must maintain a high level of guests’ satisfaction and standards, provide strong leadership, and promote development and team building. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years of experience in full-service restaurant management
Bachelor’s or culinary degree
Guest-centric attitude TRAINING: All hired managers will have 10 weeks of hands-on, intense, rotational training including all positions in the FOH and BOH. We believe that training in all aspects of operations will give our managers the tools to be successful to run the business. It will also allow our managers to better understand all employees’ roles and responsibilities and educate the team on company specifications and standards for excellence.
