Looking for an energetic Shift Supervisor to work in our fast paced & busy restaurants, Obryckis & R&R Seafood Bar located in Past security in BWI Airport. Hands on experience in kitchen and on the floor is a plus. Must have POS skills. Full availability is necessary. Opening shift starts at 4:15 am, must be able to be at restaurant & ready to work at that time., closing shift begins at 12:30pm or 3pm. A personality that likes to deal with people is necessary in this job. Previous shift supervisor experience is necesssary. 50 % of individual health insurance paid for, parking pass or $17.50 bi-weekly transportation allowance and 50 % off daily meals. 401K with a match

All employees must be able to pass a background check going back 10 years and have current state ID or driver's license as well as either a birth certificate or social security card that is not torn or laminated or a valid passport.

We are very fast paced and high volume restaurants, it is necessary that you are able to work efficiently and quickly with a team. You must be able to have a friendly and cooperative attitude with guests and fellow employees.

In order to be considered for the position you must be available to work any day of the week, including holidays and weekends.

Coming to work on-time and as scheduled is mandatory.Must be able to pass background security check. We are located past security at BWI Airport.

Compensation- starting at $14 an hour depending on experience

Responsibilities

Assist the General Manager in any tasks they require

Handle issues with employees, guests & suppliers

Manage FOH & BOH staff

Handle items in the best interest of the guests

Learn every job in the restaurant so that you can fill in as needed

About Us

Maintaining a tradition of fresh and flavorful Chesapeake regional seafood, CRC Restaurants Inc. is a family business that is been owned an operated by the Cernak siblings, Cheri, Rob & Cindy.

Our first location was Obrycki's Crab House that had been around since 1944 . The Cernak family bought the restaurant in 1976. Our first airport location, Obrycki's, opened at BWI on Concourse B in 2006. In 2011 we opened Obrycki's A Bar in Concourse A at BWI. Our new restaurant, R & R Seafood Bar will be opening mid- May 2017 in the D/E Connector at BWI.

Education

Associate's Degree, hospitality management or related field (a plus, but not required)

College Diploma, hospitality management or related field (a plus, but not required)

High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Qualifications

Energetic and able to stand for long hours

Able to lift 50 lbs.

Experience in restaurants that serve alcohol

Experience in a restaurant kitchen

Safe food handling certificate (a plus, but not required)

ServSafe certification (a plus, but not required)

Alcohol Awareness certification (a plus, but not required)
