ICON is hiring specialists to work in our dedicated 24x7 Call Center located in Downtown Baltimore, Maryland. This is a full-time office position that includes an in-depth training period and requires working night shift, weekends and holidays. Applicants should be motivated and self-directed with a desire to learn and provide support to end users of medical equipment. Call Center, biomedical, engineering or medical device experience is a plus.
Requirements:
High School diploma
Efficient with basic computer skills working with programs including Microsoft Word, E-mail and PowerPoint
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Bilingual - Spanish Speaking is a plus
