Family owned, Maryland based company is seeking a Facilities Manager for their restaurant and office locations. This position includes a multitude of diverse responsibilities.
Maintain all buildings, property, equipment, and landscaping for each location.
Basic Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting & carpentry
Ensure all equipment is working correctly and up to standards.
Ensure all buildings are kept clean.
General preventative maintenance of all equipment
Support maintenance staff
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications:
Valid drivers license and clean driving record required
Self-Starter/Able to perform tasks without supervision
Van, tools and meals included. Must have weekend availability.
