Seeking a part-time / on call General Laborer/Installation Helper to assist with Handicap Ramp Installations to start immediately. Must be in good physical condition and be able to lift heavy materials. Experience helpful but NOT necessary. We will train. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean background.
The General Laborer will provide a durable, safe environment;
⢠Conduct work with proper safety restraints
⢠Able to lift heavy loads up to 70 lbs and navigate job site terrain
⢠Assist with digging holes, leveling ground and foundations in preparation for installation of equipment
⢠Operate vehicles if requested
⢠Identify ground utility outlets
⢠Perform setup and cleanup tasks at the job site
⢠Direct traffic when necessary to ensure safety of pedestrians, motorists and work crew
⢠Perform general maintenance and upkeep of equipment
⢠Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
⢠Must be 18 years or older - with High School Diploma or GED
⢠Minimum 2 Years' General Work Experience
⢠Have good references
⢠Have reliable personal transportation
⢠Fulfill the physical demands of the job
⢠Drug and smoke-free environment
Flexible weekday schedule
Pay is per job on a monthly basis
Comfort working in a high-stress environment with weather fluctuation
