Top Tier Home Staging Company located in Annapolis is seeking a part-time Home Staging/Warehouse Assistant.
Responsibilities include:
-Assist Lead Stagers during staging jobs:
Packing and unpacking small staging props.
Hanging artwork at job site.
Light moving of crates and accessories.
Ability to assist movers in moving large items, such as sofas, chairs, beds, etc.
On-site assembly of furniture at job site.
-Inventory and Warehouse Management:
Unpacking and assembly of new furniture inventory.
Organization of inventory at Annapolis warehouse.
Perform small repairs, such as painting, replacing knobs, replacing glass in picture frames, etc.
Light cleaning of warehouse.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Must be reliable and on-time for every assignment.
Must be organized and have an attention to detail. A penchant for tidiness is a plus!
Must be eligible to work in the United States and have a valid Driver's License.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Must be able to climb multiple flights of stairs and be comfortable climbing an 8 foot ladder.
MUST have reliable transportation.
Comfortable using tools and an ability to complete diy level repairs (good, basic handyman skills)
Comfortable working alone and as part of a team.
MUST have schedule flexibility during the weekdays. Project schedules vary week to week. All of our staging projects are scheduled M-F during daytime hours, 8-5. No evenings and weekends. Roughly 10-20 hours per week.
Compensation:
$15/hour with potential for rapid pay increases.
