Job Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following and may be adjusted as needed: Directing and managing all cleaning operations and approximately 7 employees. Working as needed to ensure all services are being met according to the schedules. Planning, organizing, controlling, and making decisions in order to achieve company operational objectives. Providing direction, training, and support to field staff. Ordering supplies and maintaining equipment. Working hours will be 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm Monday through Friday and some weekends. Benefits include vacation and sick leave.
Responsibilities and Duties
Must have knowledge in using floor machines and scrubbers. Must be able to work on weekends. Position requires ability to lift 50 lbs; lift, bend, stoop, push and pull repeatedly while handling cleaning equipment and supplies.
Qualifications and Skills
Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent and at least 3 years of janitorial supervisory/management experience. Bi-lingual skills in English/Spanish a plus.
