Seeking an experienced Maintenance Tech to provide routine maintenance for our 3 assisted living communities, 1 residential property, and 1 commercial property.
Responsibilities include coordinating with the community directors to plan and complete projects according to priority and time (scheduling, assessing, obtaining supplies), manage routine preventative maintenance inspection, rotate weekend and holiday on-call schedule, assist with routine facility drills, and various building operations needs.
Requirements include moderate understanding and experience with painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, landscaping, and plowing.
Must have own transportation, basic tools, and have clean criminal background and driving record.
