We are a fast-growing law firm that specializes in tax and tax controversy, international tax law, estate planning, business law. Our firm has expanded its services and locations over the past year and continues to expand its online social media presence, as well.

Job Description:

We are seeking a self-starting, highly motivated, and enthusiastic marketing professional. They are expected to play an active role in creative strategies, firm sponsorship's, developing and maintaining firm newsletters, social media accounts, website blogs and help create internal marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

Developing and maintaining content calendars, project plans and timelines; writing and executing internal/external communication plans for effective messaging and media placements

Setting content goals (e.g., number of blogs/posts, shares, likes, etc.) and writing blog posts on behalf of firm

Creative writing - must be able to write content and articles for the firm within established deadlines

Establishing and maintaining the voice of the organization in all marketing and social media content and press releases

Leveraging your extensive knowledge of social media strategies and platforms, and experience with online content management systems and solutions

Extensive knowledge of graphic design

Provide weekly social media reports

Work with marketing team on boosting online presence and have a coordinated effort

Experience with platforms such as WordPress, Mail Chimp, Google marketing platforms and applications, Bing marketing platforms, online directory listings, etc.

Communication is key to performing this job with our marketing team. Since we are expanding, this job will require these critical elements: timely progress reports, flexibility, and project management.

Liaison between our firm and a marketing company.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field

Minimum of 3 years experience in content development, marketing, PR and/or advertising

Must be well-organized, detail-oriented and capable of meeting tight deadlines while also demonstrating strengths in creativity and strategy

Strong people skills; ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and colleagues

Strong writing and editing skills, including the ability to write media focused content; able to write effective copy for a wide range of objectives and audiences with minimal revisions needed
