A law firm in Annapolis, Maryland seeks a Full-time Office Receptionist. This person will be the primary point-of-contact for all clients of the firm. The ideal candidate is customer-service oriented with a professional demeanor and excellent communication and organizational skills.
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
⢠Answer and direct incoming calls from a multi-line phone
⢠Greet visitors
⢠Sort, scan and electronically file and distribute office mail
⢠Run errands for law firm
⢠Prepare conference rooms for meetings
⢠Update and monitor firm work flow systems
⢠Adhere to office procedures
⢠Inventory and re-order office supplies
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
⢠3+ years administrative support experience in a professional office environment
⢠Ability to work in a paperless office
⢠Warm and professional demeanor
⢠Working knowledge of MS Office
⢠Ability to effectively multi-task in a busy office setting
