A law firm in Annapolis, Maryland seeks a Full-time Office Receptionist. This person will be the primary point-of-contact for all clients of the firm. The ideal candidate is customer-service oriented with a professional demeanor and excellent communication and organizational skills.
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
â¢ Answer and direct incoming calls from a multi-line phone
â¢ Greet visitors
â¢ Sort, scan and electronically file and distribute office mail
â¢ Run errands for law firm
â¢ Prepare conference rooms for meetings
â¢ Update and monitor firm work flow systems
â¢ Adhere to office procedures
â¢ Inventory and re-order office supplies
â¢ 3+ years administrative support experience in a professional office environment
â¢ Ability to work in a paperless office
â¢ Warm and professional demeanor
â¢ Working knowledge of MS Office
â¢ Ability to effectively multi-task in a busy office setting
