Busy boutique spa is in search of a highly motivated, hard-working, fun and friendly professional to add to our team! Front Desk Receptionist must have strong customer service skills, efficient at multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and organized. You will be in charge of the most critical thing; setting the tone for clients' experience at the spa.
Hours
Monday and Wednesday 3-8
Friday (every other) 3-7
Other hours available
Responsible for:
Appointment Booking and Confirmations
Fielding high volume phone calls
Checking clients in/out
Retail Sales
Answering guest questions regarding spa environment and services
Keeping the business "Spa Ready" at all times

Qualifications:
Minimum High School graduate
Excellent communication skills
Intermediate level math skills
Previous cashier experience or Mindbody experience helpful
Spa and retail experience a plus
Knowledge of computers
