Busy Real Estate office seeking part time front desk admin for our Millersville office. Real Estate experience preferred but will train the right person.
Responsibilities to include:
Greeting front door
Setting up conference rooms for settlements and meetings
Office supply inventory
Assist agents
Scanning
Filing
Assist marketing department with mailings and print material
Data Entry
Requirements:
Reliable
Strong computer skills
Positive Attitude
Detail oriented
Ability to work independently to meet deadlines
Proficient with Microsoft Office. (Excel, Word and Power Point)
Ability to prioritize and multitask
