Jack of all trades needed for remodeling projects and upkeep to tenant occupied properties. We are a renovation company based in Annapolis with over 200 completed projects and 40 rental properties in Maryland. Looking for someone to start with service calls, material delivery, site visits and has the potential to grow.
Required to speak English fluently. Must have own tools and reliable transportation. Must be able to pass a drug test.
Must have experience with basic framing, trim, cabinets, drywall, painting, and flooring. Experience with tile, and knowledge of plumbing and electrical.
Looking for motivated self starters who are able to work as part of a team and independently. Advancement opportunities!
Full time work, 1099.
