As a Residential Sales Representative with Solar On Earth, you'll be working in local communities to help families and individuals learn about Community Solar, determine their eligibility, and get them subscribed to their local Community Solar farms to save money and contribute to a greener future. This is one sales position you can feel great about doing.
We're looking for experienced, money-driven salespeople, but we also realize that Community Solar is a new concept for most people regardless of your background. To get you up and running, you'll start with our groundbreaking Solar Success training program, which pairs you with a current sales manager to learn the ins-and-outs of what we do. You will travel throughout the area, meeting in person with homeowners and qualified individuals, while learning everything you need to know to guarantee amazing results.Is this the right position for me?
We're looking for enthusiastic, driven salespeople with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience working in a position that involved door-to-door sales. Residential sales experience is preferred, but business-to-business experience is also valuable. As this position is performed entirely on the road, you need to have exceptional organizational skills.

We're excited to offer a remarkable base salary of $50,000 per year plus uncapped commission.
