5. Able to stay calm, cool and collected with guests and staff.
6. Someone with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; must be a proactive and collaborative team player.
MUST HAVE:
1. Passion for the hair and beauty industry
2. Ability to work a minimum of 4 days a week.
3. Valid cosmetology licenses in the State of Maryland
COMPENSATION:
Competitive Commission percentage, plus monthly retail commission that start at 10% and go up based on performance bonuses.
