Chesapeake Comfort Systems is a residential HVAC company serving greater Baltimore, DC, Annapolis, and DelMarVa areas! Our business model is simple - we strive for excellence in customer service, troubleshooting, and providing a positive work environment to allow our employees to learn and progress in the trade. We are dedicated to providing a cooperative, progressive work environment, which promotes integrity, fairness, and a high degree of accomplishment.
Currently we are looking for experienced installers and apprentices throughout our coverage area.
Applicants should possess the following skills and abilities:
-Install Tech applicants should have 4+ years experience in residential HVAC installations
-Possess an understanding of the refrigeration cycle and how to properly install heat pump, AC, gas
furnace, and ductless systems.
-Possess strong customer service skills
-Possess CFC/EPA certification & Apprentice license for non-helper positions
-Journeyman's license preferred but not required for lead service techs and lead installers
-Willingness to work some overtime, especially during peak seasons
