With a company fleet of 53-foot tractor trailers and 24-foot box vans combined with a national terminal network, we move freight efficiently, effectively, and at the right price.
NPLD has a reputation of being dedicated to their drivers, support staff and their customers. Our network of terminals works in unison to provide seamless and confusion free movement of our client and customer's freight. Our freight is touch free and most of the loads are drop and hook. We promote a safety-based culture throughout our company, from our office personnel to our driver core. Safety is Number 1 with NPLD. Accident prevention and getting everyone home safely to their families is not a desire, it is mandatory.
Overview
Drivers transport dry van loads via late model day cabs and sleepers. No Hazmat. Loads are no touch.
NO WEEKEND WORK, UNLESS DRIVER DESIRES TO WORK!!!!
Local drivers have dedicated schedules.
Compensation
Local Drivers
$20.50 per hour for the first two weeks, then $21.50 per hour. Overtime is paid at 1.5 times the hourly rate.
Requirements
Committed to working safely in a safety focused environment
2 years Class A CDL experience, regional or OTR, pulling 53' trailer
Clean MVR - no more than 2 moving violations in 36 months
No more than 2 preventable accidents in 36 months.
Additionally, no jackknifes, rear ends, or roll overs
