Office Coordinator

Will be responsible for greeting associates, answering phones (4 lines), scheduling appointments and client assignments. DATA entry, and other general office tasks. Order supplies. schedule maintenance of van. Scheduling. Must be reliable and have a strong work ethic. Must be responsible, organized, and have a positive attitude, Ability to multitask while maintaining accurate and detailed documentation is important. Computer experience with Microsoft Office Applications is a must. Minimum 10years experience. Looking for applicants for long term employment and growth within our organization .Immediate position available. Must have own transportation. After hour phone coverage required.
