Baltimore office now seeking energetic and reliable customer service representatives. We have various openings available for immediate start only. Candidates must have strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, must be articulate and professional.

Representatives must be able to follow systems and guidelines assigned. No experience necessary. WE WILL TRAIN YOU!

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES AND PRIMARY DUTIES:

Processing applications/ paperwork

Screening of customers

Verification of information/ accounts

Customer service and client acquisition

Rigorous leadership training

Quality customer service

BACKGROUND / PREFERRED SKILLS:

0-2 years of experience in a customer service

Exceptional Organization and Communication Skills

Desire To GROW within the company

Compensation: Guaranteed Salary Plus Company Bonuses/Incentives

We provide quick growth, 100% training, hands on management team.

Weekly salary pay and incentives

The hours are Monday thru Friday 8:30am - 5pm and Saturdays 9am - 2pm.
