We need a construction manager for about 2-3 years assignment in Brooklyn NY for one of our project. Mechanical Engineer with 10-15 years of Construction Management experience, including MEP system inspections and commissioning, CM services. PE from any state is preferred. Experience in installation of boilers and piping system is essential.
Responsibilities include installation supervision and site management of HVAC/ boiler systems/pumping & Piping Systems. Responsible for management of various Mechanical/Electrical scope projects, coordination with construction contractors and crews, site inspections and construction management including coordination meetings with clients/contractors/AHJ, processing RFPs and PCOs budgetary and schedule control.
