Will YOU…Protect This House?!SummaryThe Sr assists in maintaining the Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) & data organization for Under Armour’s global headquarters and other key facilities around Baltimore, MD. This position will enable Under Armour’s Corporate Real Estate (CRE) team to effectively plan, execute, and track facility moves, changes, and space reconfigurations. Responsibilities:

Provide IWMS support for teammate seating and space utilization to include: Move scenarios, new hire seating, floor plan annotations

Coordinate with CRE partners, IT, HR, and hiring managers for new hire seating and campus move process

Support CRE Design and Facilities with adding or deleting employee seat data, executing moves within IWMS and floor plan creation for all moves

Support Space and Occupancy Planner with minor auto CAD space changes to maintain accurate space representation in IWMS Software

Provide Customer Service to teammate service requests related to seating and space utilization

Partner with CRE, Shipping & Receiving to review monthly floor audits and update IWMS data as necessary

Oversee the review, approval, and implementation of Height Adjustable desk requests

Forecast space requirement and needs

Maximize the use of existing resources while meeting teammate furniture needs

Maintain Weekly Teammate Move Planning document and distribute relevant information to Design, Project Delivery, and move manager

Generate and analyze IWMS reporting for CRE Facilities Dashboard, new hire and termination reports

Other duties as assigned

High School Diploma

2 years’ experience in facility management or space planning.

AutoCAD skills preferred.

Experience with Microsoft Office suite

Ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks; properly and effectively delegate tasks and duties

Ability to resolve conflict

Ability to manage time effectively based on daily schedule

Must be detail oriented, people person, able to prioritize tasks and able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines

Ability to exercise independent judgment to fulfill the responsibilities of the role and group

Ability to build effective relationships with service vendors and property management

Communicate effectively with all key stakeholders such as CRE design, CRE project delivery, IT and business units.
