Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Implement, test and operate advanced software security techniques in compliance with technical reference architecture Perform on-going security testing and code review to improve software security Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise Provide engineering designs for new software solutions to help mitigate security vulnerabilities Contribute to all levels of the architecture Maintain technical documentation Consult team members on secure coding practices Develop a familiarity with new tools and best practices

Description of Work:

We are currently seeking an experienced individual to assist our clients with their digital transformation efforts. The individual should have proven experience in driving innovation, streamlining business processes, and deploying technology to solve business goals. The candidate should be an enterprise change agent to modernize IT infrastructure. Proven record as an IT leader of transformation, establishing a vision/path, building and leading teams for large scale technology enhancement.

Qualifications

BS 10-12, MS 8-10, Phd 5-7

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum knowledge, skills, abilities needed.
  • Bachelors Degree and 7 years of work experience; Masters and 5 years of experience; or a minimum 11 years of work experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Proven ability to lead complex on premise, enterprise IT modernization programs.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver enterprise cloud strategy.
  • Experience structuring strong governance and compliance programs.
  • Ability to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of a new innovative enterprise-wide technologies.
  • Strong track record of collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience managing Internal Revenue Agency systems and infrastructure.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates with these skills will be given preferential consideration.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar projects.
  • Leadership and participation in industry advisory boards or technology panels.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and lead high performing teams.
  • Cyber security experience.
  • Proven ability to improve performance of critical enterprise systems.
