Proven record as an IT leader of transformation, establishing a vision/path, building and leading teams for large scale technology enhancement.

BS 10-12, MS 8-10, Phd 5-7
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum knowledge, skills, abilities needed.
Bachelors Degree and 7 years of work experience; Masters and 5 years of experience; or a minimum 11 years of work experience in lieu of a degree.
Proven ability to lead complex on premise, enterprise IT modernization programs.
Proven ability to develop and deliver enterprise cloud strategy.
Experience structuring strong governance and compliance programs.
Ability to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of a new innovative enterprise-wide technologies.
Strong track record of collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience managing Internal Revenue Agency systems and infrastructure.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance
