Establish completion of paperwork, sign-in, and security procedures

Receive and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, and customers

Oversee special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants

Requirements

Foundational knowledge in customer service

Comprehensive knowledge of switchboard phones from 1-10 lines

Mail processing experience

Deep understanding of composing various kinds of correspondence

Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing

1+ years of experience

1 or more years of experience handling multi-line phone systems
