DescriptionRobert Half is seeking an energetic and results oriented Inside Sales Manager for a growing organization in the IT/Data Intelligence industry.Summary:The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for leading, developing and motivating a team of sales professionals while ensuring metrics are delivered in a high volume, fast paced selling environment.Responsibilities: Hire, train, coach and develop a high-performing sales team consisting of Inside Sales Executives and Sales Development Representatives. Oversee the sales process while providing a hands on approach in driving new business by taking part in prospecting target accounts, following up on leads, scheduling appointments and selling business services. Track and update leads utilizing multiple CRM systems while ensuring the sales team is technically trained and successful in utilizing these tools. Establish metrics (KPIs) and best business processes while ensuring the sales team is kept motivated and held accountable. Conduct performance analysis daily/weekly to ensure the team is performing at a high-volume and meeting quotas. Generate and analyze weekly/monthly reports and KPI’s and partner with the Director of Sales and Marketing to develop and drive new sales strategies.RequirementsQualifications: 5-8+ years experience as an Inside Sales Manager. Strong leadership skills with proven experience building out and developing sales teams. Experience managing inside sales operations for an organization within data loss prevention, governance and compliance sectors, data privacy, cyber security, IT services, software solutions or legal services. Experience successfully driving results and operating in a high-volume, fast paced environment. Analytical with experience analyzing reports and metrics to re-evaluate and drive new sales strategies. Experience developing key performing indicators and putting best business practices in place. Strong technical skills and research capabilities with the ability to utilize multiple platforms simultaneously. Strong communication skills both verbal and written coupled with excellent follow up and customer service skills. Competitive nature with the proven ability meeting sales goals and increasing overall company revenue. This is a base plus commission position. Base salary being offered is between $75k-$85k.
