Junior Product Implementation Project ManagerJob Title:Junior Product Implementation Project Manager and Clinical ConsultantPurpose:The successful Junior Product Implementation Project Manager and Clinical Consultant candidate will have education and strong aptitude as a project manager and an aptitude and desire to learn clinical workflow.The ideal candidate seeks an entry level position that will require consistent growth leading to an ability to manage RDx solution implementations at large hospitals. This position is the customer facing focal point for less-complex implementations of the company’s Respiratory Technologies products and clinical services. This involves extensive customer interaction and relationship development at the Director/Key Stakeholder level. In this role, you will work with multiple customer stakeholders to understand the customer environment and manage the implementation of our solution. This includes working with multiple internal and external stakeholders to arrange for the delivery, upgrade, configuration, and implementation of our solution. As a junior member of the Vyaire implementation team, you will be actively mentored to improve your experience and expertise.Specific Duties, Activities and ResponsibilitiesTechnical Consulting OJT - 20%Assist more senior team members as they meet with customers to understand their current workflow, design improved workflows, and implement that improved workflow as part of the entire solution being implemented.Project Coordination - 25%Coordinate device installation and training dates with our customers. Work with multiple functional stakeholders to schedule installation and training in support of your own projects and complex projects managed by others.Project Management - 45%Manage the clinical and technical project once purchased from creating the kick-off brief to conducting lessons learned and obtaining project close-out sign-offs. Create documentation (Schedules, system diagrams, etc.), host regular calls with customer stakeholders, and resolve issues as they occur, always mindful of cost, schedule, and risk. As the junior member of the team, you will be assigned less-complex projects and will be mentored by senior team members.Administrative activity - 10%Perform other duties as assigned, including required training.Requirements of the position include:

Guide the review of customer site assessment and facilitate project design and implementation of RDx products and technologies

Modify customer project plan templates to be specific to each implementation

Chair internal meetings to ensure alignment of schedules for product installation and training

Provide customers expert Project Management of their purchased project

Establish communications cadence with customers to ensure requirements and timelines are met, including providing regular status updates

Travel – up to 20%

Specific Responsibilities include:

Initiate, plan, & control all assigned projects

Manage multiple concurrent projects

Collaborate with multiple functions, while always owning project results

Complete Pulmonary lab and Sleep lab pre-implementation assessments

Demonstrate critical thinking and ability to aid customers in improving current business/practice operations including standardization across large hospital and IDN level health systems

Learn RDx product workflow processes, clinical device settings, interface validation (ADT, Orders, ORM), user account role design, and Vyaire products in general to become a more experienced and capable member of the team.

Qualifications:

B.S. in Project Management, Operations Management, or similar field

Excellent written and oral communications skills

Ability to self-prioritize work, work independently, and work as part of a team

Ability to use soft-skills to lead teams of internal matrixed resources and customer resources

Customer service, problem solving, and analytical skills required

Ability to communicate effectively, excellent presentation skills, and good interpersonal skills

Nationally recognized PMP certification preferred

Experience within medical product environment preferred
