4S is looking for a new team member to provide project and program management expertise to government customers in support of maintaining and improving ongoing efforts. Experience with the DHS BI preferred.




  • Provide support to the preparation and evaluation of technical documents, papers, studies, analysis, and briefings in support of acquisition of major automated information systems





  • Prepare and execute detailed analyses of project and program management activities



    • Support the development and tracking of cost schedule and performance of government projects and programs.







  • Provide support for processing program acquisition, funding, and contract documentation for ITSM/Technology Development processes and projects






Qualifications

2 years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis; 1 year of which must be in technical efforts supporting systems integration or service management process improvements



  • BS or BA degree in a Business, Management, or relevant discipline from an accredited college/university



o An AS or AA degree from an accredited college and an additional 4 years of experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree



  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in program / project status and schedule reporting and analysis

    Experience in MS Project

    Significant Excel, Word and Powerpoint

    Excellent ability to communicate professionally in writing





  • Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in the ITSM lifecycle of processes and projects in an ITSM environment





  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a large and diverse team





  • US Citizen



Perferred

Certification through the Project Management Institute or similar organization


Physical Requirements

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distance may be required. Possible lifting up to 25 lbs.
