Description: Reporting directly to the Director of Real Estate, the Client Relationship Manager (CRM) of Real Estate is responsible for the management of the Business Area Interface/Client Relationship Management function of the real estate group. The Manager will coordinate CRM activities with the Director of Real Estate and the Manager, Real Estate Acquisitions, Dispositions and Mergers. The Manager also supports the senior management of the other LMC Properties departments and the Corporation. The CRM serves as the primary interface for LMC Properties to the rest of the Corporation and is principally responsible and accountable for the delivery of a wide range of real estate services to the various business units of the Corporation.These services include but are not limited to:1.) Understanding the business plans of the various business areas and developing, in conjunction with the business areas, the real estate plan to support these business plans,2.) Directing the efficient and timely real estate support activities of the strategic alliance partner for LMC Properties to satisfy the needs of the business areas and manage the resolution of any lease issues with landlords,3.) Utilizing the support of the strategic alliance partner and legal, negotiating and executing on behalf of the corporation leases and other real estate agreements4.) Supporting the Manager, Real Estate Acquisitions, Disposition in the acquisition and disposition of real estate and other initiatives regarding the corporation’s owned real estate5.) Working with lease administration to ensure that the lease database remains accurate and up to date6.) Developing new and or improved processes to support internal and external activities of the real estate group in the delivery of the real estate support services. and7.) Providing project management and direction to a wide group of contractors and consultants to accomplish assigned goals.The Client Relationship Manager of Real Estate must demonstrate results oriented leadership, and the ability to energize others.
