Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.Conduct site inspections, audits, hazard assessments, and safety training.Ensure compliance with OSHA and MSHA regulations.Handle accident investigations, reporting, and corrective actions.Conduct MSHA/OSHA training and recordkeeping.Monitor safety trends, metrics, and workplace incidents.Work closely with operations, HR, employees, and customer safety teams.Support multiple job sites across different states.Requirements:2+ years of occupational health & safety experience in an industrial environment.Strong OSHA and MSHA knowledge.Safety certification required.MSHA Instructor certification is a plus.Strong communication, training, and leadership skills.Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.80–90% field/job-site work.
