Allied Universal is seeking Security Concierge Officers. Our Security Officers allow us to contribute to our company’s core purpose of providing unparalleled service, systems and solutions to serve, secure and care for the people and businesses of our communities.QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Be at least 21 years of age
Perform assigned duties of greeting, announcing, access confirmation, and recording of all visitors while observing and reporting any and all unusual incidents that occur
Report criminal activity and/or visible hazards observed and/or reported while on post
Possess effective written and oral communication in a professional and effective manner
At least a high school diploma or equivalent
Have at least one year of security experience
Valid guard card/license, as required in the state for which you are applying
Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites
Experienced in greeting, assisting and providing excellent customer service to client leadership, including presidents, vice presidents and other senior level positions on a daily basis
Experience working in a customer service or hospitality environment
Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
