At least 4 years of experience in strategy and planning of technical testing capabilities such as test automation or performance engineering
At least 4 years of experience with Java
4+ years of hands on experience in:
o Automation strategy, framework implementation, planning, scripting and execution o Creating technology solutions for business and communicating value o Automation framework (data driven, hybrid and behavior driven development concepts), design and enhancements o Cucumber/BDD – based frameworks o Selenium with Java – Junit/TestNG framework in Eclipse IDE o Version control repo like GITHUB and SVN o Test scheduling and execution on Jenkins, etc… o HP-QC/ALM, TFS, JIRA or a relevant defect management tool o Software testing and automated test techniques with a strong focus on quality thorough the entire software develop
