practice group and sector leaders, partners, marketing leadership, and other

senior-level firm stakeholders (US and Global) to develop, implement, and

execute innovative marketing strategy to support the growth and retention of

existing client relationships, to develop and maintain the DLA Piper brand, and

to drive awareness and favorability of our practice and sector expertise in the

market.Minimum

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,Communications, Business, or related field

5 years’ marketing/businessdevelopment experience in a professional services environment

Proficient in Microsoft Word,Excel, and Power Point

High-energy, savvy marketingprofessional

Must be a self-starter withcritical thinking skills

Strong writing, prooing, andediting skills with a keen attention to detail

Communication and data analysisskills

Client-service oriented

Possesses project management skills

Ability to generate immediatecredibility with firm lawyers

Ability to prioritize changingdemands and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting

Works well in a team environment

What will

your day look like?As part of the Marketing Operations team, you

will work closely alongside our Marketing Manager on strategic client growth

projects, pitches/RFP’s, event management, content development, experience tracking,

and directory submissions. You will conduct research on clients, filings,

trends, and competitors utilizing firm resources. You will aid in positioning

the firm to help practice/sector groups in pitches and proposals, as well as

demonstrating expertise in the marketplace. You will specifically serve as the

marketing contact for our Boston office.As part of the Marketing Team, you will work closely alongside

firm lawyers to support select marketing and business development activities

for DLA Piper’s practice, sector, and office initiatives across the US and

Latin America. You will additionally compile presentations, key metrics, and

reports for leadership. In his role, you will utilize the Marketing Resource
