Provide leadership and oversight to realize $800M - $1B in incremental growth with $40-60M annual investment budget and revenue optimization of $150M shared incentive program.Primary duties to include but are not limited to:

Provides direct professional support and staffing to executive management and leads the comprehensive strategic and annual planning for the business supporting Anthem PI Work-stream and oversight of $170M vendor program

Manages senior leader stakeholder relationships and drives a culture of operational excellence and innovation, flawless execution and realized value

Provides analytical support including the analysis and synthesis of business needs to growth Anthem PI coverage and define strategic pathways for externalization by driving synergies between product, business, and technology, to ensure PI grows internal Anthem value and is positioned for commercialization

Translates complex information into presentation-friendly formats including graphical displays to a wide variety of internal and external executive audiences

Analyzes researches and develops complex materials and documents relating to health issues PI business performance, market dynamic issues, operational issues, and general management issues to drive PI strategy and results

Leads the annual and strategic planning to integrate the business planning with the financial planning and coordinates efforts with the executive leadership team

Acts as the PI advisor and sounding board to executive management and prioritizes work on an on-going basis to generate greatest value

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee PI Work-stream and ASO Aligned Incentives program including the annual deployment of and monitoring of the goals and objectives framed by long-range strategic plan.

Lead and facilitate efforts for achievement of the Transformation targets for PI.

Oversee the lifecycle management process that proactively assures optimal value and ensure ROI is maintained through PI products and programs.

Ensure projects are managed and prioritized, implemented in a timely manner and that targeted ROI is achieved, and coordinate and support annual cost & budget, associate engagement and PM planning processes.

Oversee the financial performance of initiatives as they relate to the PI operating plan, working to identify potential shortfalls or additional cost saving opportunities. Manage and implement processes to ensure negotiated contracts result in value realization for PI.

Oversee PI account management, execution & growth activities, vendor account management, and PI compliance organization.

Conduct in-depth strategic research for assigned areas and provide analytical support, including analysis and synthesis of regulatory and legal documents with high attention to detail.

Lead comprehensive business process-improvement planning and activities for PI.

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to perform successfully as a leader of other leaders, teams and cross-functional groups. The successful executive will build the framework and environment to support our business in achieving human capital goals and support long-term growth to enable business success. BA/BS degree in a related field

8 years of management experience withsignificant large-scale project management strategic planning and/or consultingin the health care industry

OR anycombination of education and experience which would provide an equivalentbackground

Excellent leadership financial and analyticalskills required

Ability to travel may be required.

Strategic thinker with broad & deepunderstanding of the health care industry.

DesiredExperience/Skills:

Master’s degree preferred

Proven experience managing multiple, competingpriorities while flawlessly executing on driving deliverables throughout a projectcycle.
