Duties/Responsibilities: The resources will coordinate with State personnel to complete the following tasks: 1. Lead team in developing application, development, network, and technical architectures for mid-range client/server and mainframe applications 2. Be responsible for gathering and defining the architecture requirements 3. Ensuring that the architectures are compatible and in compliance with the appropriate IT organization and project standards General Experience: 1. Six (6) years of experience planning, designing, building, and implementing mid-range IT systems Specialized Experience: 1. At least four (4) years of experience developing application, development, network, and technical architectures for mid-range client/server and mainframe applications 2. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute architecture strategies and to perform feasibility studies and integration analyses 3. Experience supervising and providing guidance in implementing various mid-range architectures and supporting implementation of large-scale applications 4. Five (5) years of experience with the C&R Software Debt Manager system using SQL queries and Application Programming Interfaces (API's) 5. Five (5) years of experience developing ETL software for importing and exporting data into and from external systems 6. Five (5) years of experience developing complex SQL queries 7. Five (5) years of experience developing scripts in Powershell, .NET and JavaScript 8. Five (5) years of experience with Windows scheduler or SQL Agent 9. Three (3) years of experience with Govolution Payment Gateway applications including the Admin Suite, Advanced Bill Presentment, and Integrated Web 10. Three (3) years of experience with debt collection operations including debt referrals, debt adjustments, intercept programs and customer statements . Education: A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline. A Master's Degree is preferred.
