BAKERY COUNTER TEAM LEADER (FULL-TIME) (Experience a Must)
Bring your Bakery experience and supervisory skill to Graul's Market!
The bakery counter team leader will be a hands-on team leader, able to roll up there sleeves and support the team to get the job done.
The bakery counter leader with have at least 3 years of experience working in a Bakery Department, highly preferred
The leader will train, cross-train and motivate the team to provide extraordinary service, and suggestive selling techniques.
We are looking for a leader that has a positive attitude, experienced, great presentation skills, and a great smile.
Must be able to work flexible schedule, which includes working Saturdays and rotating Sundays.
Must have reliable transportation, since we are NOT on the bus route or light rail.
