CHEF/COOK LEADER
Minimum Requirements for this position are:
*At least 5 years of experience as a cook/chef using recipe specs.
*At least 2 years of supervisory experience
*Proven experience and confidence with scratch and batch cooking.
*Will also work the counter
*Knowledge of proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
*Exceptional strong customer service skills.
*FOH & BOH experience.
*MUST HAVE exceptional customer services skills, great attitude, professional manner and a great smile
Must be able to work day and afternoon hours, which includes working a flexible schedule, work Saturdays and rotating Sundays.
Must have reliable transportation, since we are NOT on the bus route or light rail.
