Award winning restaurant, Nacho Mama’s is looking for a Front of House Manager. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years management experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume environment.

We’re a kitschy, Baltimore, Elvis loving restaurant that allows our guests to drink out of a hubcap; and our Nacho Mama’s team adds to a big part of that vibe. As much as we love to have fun, we are looking for a manager that is willing and able to put in the work and professional experience to help continue the success of Nacho Mama’s.
Responsibilities:
Train and supervise staff
Scheduling
Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations
Work closely with management to meet revenue objectives
Implement appropriate strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales
Maintain safe working conditions
Follow company policies and procedures regarding the handling of cash, property, products and equipment
Assist in team building and promotional brainstorming
Be able to delegate and understand their role as management
Be able to use their best judgement when hiring staff
Requirements:
2+ years’ experience in the restaurant management
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Exceptional organization and leadership skills
Dependable and reliable with exceptional time management
Able to follow protocol and procedures
