Are you a licensed mental health professional looking to start your own outpatient practice but hesitant about the risks? We are currently seeking both full-time and part-time therapists with an active Maryland LCSW-C, LCMFT, or LCPC (or pending application approval) to join our dynamic team.
At MSA, you will have the flexibility to set your own work schedule and provide therapy to children, adolescents, and families. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, family, or group therapy to children, adolescents, and their families
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team, including child psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners
- Set your own schedule and tailor your workload to fit your needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and treatment plans
- Participate in ongoing team meetings and case consultations

Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Maryland Clinical license (LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT) or currently pending application approval

- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality
